Deterministic generation anchor_time fixes the central programme start and every schedule boundary. Use it for timezone, current programme, catch-up and archive tests. seed reproduces catalog selection, ratings, censorship, random blackouts, IMDb values and programme IDs. Both together produce byte-identical XML and enable stable per-programme URL overrides. optional
